Information is used only to provide the requested services, communicate with the client, prepare documents and distribute applications to selected crewing company databases.

Confidentiality

Personal details are handled carefully. Current employers or specific companies can be excluded from distribution upon request.

Employment Results

Marine CV Sender provides professional document preparation, application support and email distribution services. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers or contract signing after distribution.

Results depend on many external factors, including current vacancies, market demand for the candidate's rank, experience, certificates, vessel type, availability, employer requirements and the final decision of crewing companies or shipowners.

Client Review and Accuracy

Before final delivery, the client is responsible for reviewing the prepared CV, Cover Letter and application information. After the client approves and accepts the completed work, Marine CV Sender is not responsible for missing, incomplete, outdated or incorrect information that was not provided or corrected by the client before approval.

The client confirms that the documents, sea service details, certificates and personal information supplied for preparation are accurate and complete to the best of their knowledge.

Service Completion

Work is considered completed after the agreed document preparation, revisions and/or selected email distribution service has been delivered. Additional changes requested after approval may be treated as a new revision or a separate service depending on the scope.
